Charbay No. 83 Brandy Napa Valley
If anyone could recreate the elegance and finesse of Cognac, it would certainly be the braintrust of Charbay's Miles and Marko Karakasevic. Distilled in 1983 using Folle Blanche grapes (same varietal found in Cognac), this brandy is loaded with red fruits, baking chocolate, cinnamon and clove spice and has a long, concentrated finish that demands another taste. We weren't surprised to see this make Robb Report's 'Best of the Best 2011 - Spirits' list as it is quite possbily the finest domestic brandy we've ever had. Put it to the test and we'll guarantee you'll dig it.
