Here's an extremely rare bottling from the isle of Skye. A delightful multi-faceted malt of great depth that's extraordinarily complex. A bouquet of medium light peat-smoke with the liquor of fresh oysters, and a hint of citrus sweetness that's simply mind-boggling. Ensuing flavors of dried-fruits, clouds of smoke and strong barley-malt become increasingly warm and intense and set the stage for the signature wave of ground pepper that finishes with a kiss of sweetness.
