There will be a quiz later, so let’s see who’s paying attention. This is one of the finest values in this entire catalog. Tasted blind, we guessed this would be in the $40-$50 range… it’s not. Concentrated and silky at once, it’s a gorgeous display of violets, cassis, blackberries and caramel. Seriously, if this doesn’t get your engine revving, red wine may not be your thing.

    I understand the aim of this wine, but it's too much. The extraction, alcohol and intensity make this a likely crowd pleaser but at the expense of it feeling overly manipulated, sugary and a general glycerine bomb. If this is your thing, but all means you will enjoy it, but if you like your wines more on the elegant style, this is NOT for you. style: chocolate and residual sugar

    There is a lot going on in a glass of this stunning Malbec-heavy blend... way more complexity than the price would suggest. Electric along the edges of your tongue. Please find more offerings from Casarena !!

    This is seriously good stuff at an amazing price. Floral notes of cardamom, along with intensely concentrated juice. Great for sipping or with food. Love it - I want more!
