2010 Conundrum White

Ah, the sweet dance of Conundrum. A success story that should be studied in MBA programs, this wine is almost a category unto itself. The proportion always changes, and they're always a little coy about the grapes themselves, but it's something like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat Canelli, Viognier and Semillon in a dangerously decadent blend with plenty of flesh and a little sugar. Whether it's spicy Thai or poolside at the country club, the only conundrum is whether or not another glass is in order.
