Now this is what Pinot Grigio is supposed to taste like. Our shores have been flooded with mass-produced, insipid swill for too long and we’re fed up, dammit! When grown and produced with a quality-first vision, the flavors of peaches, white nectarines and (most importantly) clean, vibrant acidity can sing on the palate.
