2010 Slingshot Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

One of our more colorful tasting panelists succinctly summed up our collectively opinion of Slingshot in saying, “Twenty bucks! Are you &%#@ kidding me?” This is an absolute no-brainer to stockpile as a house Cabernet with layers of black fruits, violets and minerals with the sort of weight and finish that don’t come around often at this price. Don’t know how they did it. Don’t really care. You need to launch the wrist rocket here.
