Nestled on the picturesque Isle of Mull, Tobermory has been producing some of the finest lightly peated whiskies for years. Master Distiller Jim McEwan cherry picked a small handful of casks from Tobermory, and gave them additional cask enhancement in Sauternes barrels from Chateau Climens. Rich with candied lemon peel, pear crisp, vanilla bean and toasted hazelnuts, this will surely satisfy a whisky lovers sweet tooth!
