2010 Boudin 'Fourchaume' Chablis 1er Cru

Boudin’s Fourchaume plot consists of 40+ year-old vines burrowing into almost pure chalky limestone. The result is a textbook Chablis with crushed rock and minerals framing a central core of lemon-lime and white smoke. This is as pure and crystalline as Chardonnay gets, and we’re planning on consuming a good deal of what we brought over. Save us from ourselves!
