Gaelic for 'the hill,' anCnoc was founded in 1894 on the southern slope of Knock Hill following the discovery of a number of natural spring water sources. Matured in solely second-fill bourbon casks, this 16-year-old single malt is a beauty. While it may be light in color, it is definitely not light on aromas. Packed with aromas of zesty citrus, orange blossom and fragrant vanilla. Toasted almonds, buttery piecrust, and velvety smooth lemon curd dance upon the taste buds while a hint of fresh mint awakens them. This indulgent dram should not be taken lightly! Dare yourself to be adventurous.
