2007 Oberon 'Bounty Hunter Barrel Selection' Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

We came, we saw, we blended. Working in conjunction with our friends at Oberon, we were afforded access to their cellar and tasted dozens of individual lots (work, work, work). What we settled on was a four-barrel spice rack that captures the essence of the superlative '07 vintage. Sexy black fruits and anise with a healthy whack of oak caramel will appeal to the most jaded Napa Cabernet palate. This is fruit forward and muscular at once, again reflecting the nature of a vintage destined for 'classic' status. A mere 95 cases produced.
