Young Guilhem Tournier has taken the bistros and brasseries of Paris by storm with this ripe, satisfying Bandol, but he has not yet caught on in the US. Acolytes of producers like Chateau Pradeaux will appreciate the mature, meaty, complex, garrigue-laden profile of this wine. If there's a better pairing for a rack of lamb crusted with herbes de Provence, pepper, and garlic, we would love to hear about it. Fabulous Bandol for drinking now!
