The Blanc de Blancs brings forth bright yellow apple, fresh lemon juice, and orange peel. All layered over limestone minerality and acidity that requests a second sip. Aging for 79 months on the lees lends the wine impeccable creaminess and toast character. This wine has the potential to age for years to come!
The 2013 Brut Cramant Emotion is powerful, virile and ample. A Champagne of striking depth and vinous intensity, the Cramant Emotion has a lot to offer. Crushed rocks, dried herbs and wild flowers are laced throughout a core of citrus confit. Light tropical accents add further shades of nuance. In the glass, the 2013 is vertical and wonderfully expressive, with a real sense of volume that builds into the resonant finish. Dosage is 4.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: July 1, 2019.
