In the port of Condrieu, the fisherman's cottages called "cassines" are a familiar sight along the Rhône. Though picked earlier, the biodynamic grapes achieve full ripeness while retaining refreshing acidity. This 100% Viognier from 30-year-old vines is redolent with ripe white peaches and refreshing citrus tempered by minerality and a hint of saline character.
