Surprisingly supple and elegant for a Shiraz form the Barossa Valley, this has a lightness that belies the 14.7% alcohol within. Flowers and fresh herb notes greet the nose along with a hint of green peppercorn. The medium-bodied palate is awash in raspberry, with silky tannins on the lingering, lightly spiced finish.
From the estate Liebich Vineyard, providing the best wine of the vintage. It has the full tapestry of the aromas and flavours that shiraz can provide: black fruits, licorice, dark chocolate and savoury tannins.
