2014 ToyMaker Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

For fans of unapologetically hedonistic Napa Valley Cabs, this release from Toymaker is sure to float your boat. Each vintage is a testament to taking things slow – from the extended maceration to the 28 months in new French oak – but the 2014 growing season took that style to the vines, where early budbreak led towards a nice, long ripening season. Martha McClellan has once again pulled off a powerful, opulent red from some of the finest fruit on Diamond Mountain. This vintage proved to be a mailing list favorite, so we may not have as much as we’d like to share with you (hint – get after it quick!).
