2015 Biondi Santi Tenuta Greppo Annata Brunello di Montalcino
We know Biondi Santi is a benchmark for great Brunello, but you don’t have to take our word for it. Described by Vinous Critic, Antonio Galloni, as “top 3 Brunello’s” in past vintages, it was also included in his top 12 wines of the 20th century. Gambero Rosso, Italy’s premiere wine critic, has given this wine his highest rating (Tre Bicchieri) on multiple occasions and James Suckling, also recently asked “Where would Italy be without Biondi Santi?” …and the list of accolades goes on and on!

The 2015 Brunello is highly complex, with pine resin, clove, blood orange, and rose-hip. It offers a grounding richness and warmth from the vintage while maintaining transparency and lift. Structured and with a long finish, this bottle showed no sign of demise over several days. Cellar 1-5 years and enjoy over the next 20 years.
