The die on the label represents the percentages of specific locations, exposures and soils in the bottle, indicative of the Domain’s commitment to terroir. 60% hails from south-facing blocks on volcanic soils, building the solid structure of the wine. 30% stems from east-facing slopes on clay/limestone for freshness and signature minerality. The final layer comes from south facing slopes planted on deep granite for even more mineral grip to ground explosive fruit.
