His winemaking program shows off the beauty of a traditional Bordeaux-style blend of grapes in the frame of modern style and Napa Valley ripeness. The wine is crafted with maximum flavor extraction in mind. The grapes are cold soaked, allowed extended maceration, up to thirty five days on skins, and sustain frequent pumping over of grape must.
