Hand-picked grapes are de-stemmed before a 12-hour maceration on the skins. The juice is fermented with native yeast in stainless steel and aged sur lie for richness and character. The end result, this delicious and elegantly structured Riesling with an intense, exotic nose and a palate of pronounced stone fruit and minerality. It’s a great match for seafood and spicy Asian cuisine.
