2017 Albert Bichot 'Rochegres' Moulin-A-Vent

The vines behind this are located at the heart of one of only 18 recognized single vineyards, planted on the “gray rock” granite for which the vineyard is named. It’s a distinctive location, resulting in a distinctive wine. The bouquet is evocative of ripe red fruit at the start, evolving into floral notes before setting on spice and oak. The mouth is round and full with elegant tannins and a fleshy, pure finish.
