This Grenache Blanc, from a grape that originates in the Southern Rhône, is made from purchased fruit from a Sonoma Coast vineyard, and just over 3 barrels were produced. It brims with fresh green melon, peach, apricot, and fresh chopped herb aromas.
Capo Creek Ranch (pronounced KAY’-PO) is located in the heart of the beautiful Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County. The “Capo” logo reflects a lifestyle that intersects music, love, laughter, sunshine, good food, and of course, great wine. These elements resonate together like acoustic guitar strings.
Owners Mary Roy and Bob Covert acquired the vineyard in 2013 with the intent to spend their later years “one with the earth.” Since acquiring the land, the estate vineyards have been farmed with caring hands, using various techniques to renew the old vines, nurture soil health, conserve water, and allow the vines to live in balance.
