This vibrant Chardonnay has the structure to age with grace, but a quick decant will have you singing its praises. The 2017 vintage is particularly well-made, with white flowers, white pepper, and lemon zest bringing great energy. Deep as the ocean and nearly as complex, there’s so much to discover with each slow sip. 95 points well earned.
Steely, high-toned and floral, in keeping with the style of winemaker Ross Cobb, this wine offers a persistence of stone and lemon peel within a framework of focused acidity. An underlying unctuousness of green apple and white peach complement and adds complexity.
