Caymus’s fun and mysterious rosé is back with a vengeance, bursting from the glass with a very tropical personality, with notes of cherry, watermelon, banana, guava, and mango. It’s fresh, snappy, and has all of the sweet fruit you’ve come to expect from Caymus. As usual, the varietal mix is a mystery, but they did let slip that a key component this year is Valdigué from Paso Robles!
