Justin’s flagship wine is a classic triple-threat, with 83% Cabernet Sauvignon meeting 9% Merlot and 8% Cabernet France. 21 months in 100% new French oak brings it all together beautifully for a full-bodied, complex red that’s ready to drink right out the gate but still shows loads of potential for cellar evolution. Ripe black cherries and baking spices carry through from the bouquet to the long, balanced finish. It all adds up to pure Paso Robles and that's just good math.
Dark purple. Deep-pitched cassis, cherry-vanilla and pipe tobacco aromas are complemented by a building floral note and a hint of cracked pepper. Rich but energetic as well, showing solid thrust to the dark berry preserve, mocha and rose pastille flavors. Finishes on a smoky note, with strong tenacity, lingering floral oak spice character and steadily building tannins. All new French oak.
