The first swirl of the glass releases a crush of cassis, followed by darker berries and the classic components of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon – tobacco, wild herbs and spice – plus some mouthwatering chocolate notes. Nicely balanced on the palate, this is a full-bodied red blend with fine-grained tannins and enough acidity to carry the alcohol with ease.
