Eola-Amity Hills is defined by its thin, basaltic soils and strong oceanic winds whipping through the Van Duzer Corridor. This southernmost AVA in the Willamette Valley delivers Pinot Noir with bright acid and firm tannins. The 2017 is a gracefully structured example with notes of spiced earth and sandalwood introducing the plum, vanilla and caramel lushness clothed in velvet. The long finish is a blessing on a wine you won’t want to ever end!
Graceful and elegantly structured, with pretty raspberry, stony mineral and tea accents that gather richness and backbone on a long finish.
