This deep ruby-colored estate-grown wine is a blend of 80% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas of red fruits, dried plums and ripe black cherries give way to a palate filled with sweet fruit flavors. Silky tannins accent notes of ripe cherries, dried fruit and a hint of almond. It’s a fantastic pairing for a weeknight lamb chop.
Flavors of dried beef, kirsch, plum tart and dark chocolate are plush and lusciously spiced. The creamy finish is loaded with cardamom and clove hints. Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.
