2018 Stereophonic 'Une Autre Fin et Possible' Syrah Santa Rita Hills

This is an intriguing example of a cool-climate Syrah that seems at times to be doing its best impression of a Pinot Noir. Light in tannin and color, the real showstopper is the soaring floral bouquet. This is one to decant, swirl, and inhale deeply a few times before that first sip. Savory, complex flavors dance on a buttery smooth palate with layers of lavender, plum, citrus, game, cherry… and on and on.
