Matthiasson’s signature white wine is a zesty, lively blend that seamlessly melds old world varietals with a new world aesthetic. Around 50% Sauvignon Blanc this shows bright, tropical fruit, beeswax, and an oyster shell-like minerality. The blend is rounded out with Ribolla Gialla, Semillon, and a touch of Tocai Friulano.
