2018 Rootdown 'Redwood Glenn Vineyard' Grenache Blanc Dry Creek

Echoing Mike Lucia’s approach to winemaking, the soil in Redwood Glenn is fittingly called YOLO. It’s a forgiving alluvium that vines thrive in, especially a tasty Rhone varietal like this Grenache Blanc. Mike teases the right mix of tannin from the skins to lend distinctive aromatics and a nice mid-palate structure. This wine is fruity but dry, with balanced acidity.
