The 2019 vintage starts with flower blossoms accented with hints of bruised stone fruit . This wine is full bodied with amazing baked green apple and pear components. Aged in 60% new French oak that gives a beautiful touch of creaminess. The remaining was aged in 30 % neutral French and 10% stainless steel to preserve the acidity & minerality. This wine pairs nicely with bacon wrapped scallops or almond crusted chicken.
