2019 was an exceptional one for Argentine wine with each variety ripening at just the right time for a year of luminosity. This Malbec from the Uco Valley is a creamy, fruity red with dramatic energy and vivacity that never strays too far from delicacy. With fresh acidity, a medium-body and a flavorful finish, this is exactly the type of high-value gem we love from Argentina.
A creamy, fruity red that is vivid and energetic, yet delicate at the same time. Medium body, fresh acidity and a flavorful finish. Super clean and fun. All about fruit and drinkability.WA91
The ""A"" in Serie A stands for ""Argentina,"" and this series includes the iconic grape varieties in Argentina, including of course Malbec. The 2019 Malbec Serie A shows the citrus and herbal freshness of the year within the floral and wild berry character of the variety. It has a soft texture and very fine tannin's. This is the entry level from Valle de Uco, the regional, entry-level Malbec. Only part of the wine matured in used barrels for eight months.
