Stone Vineyard is characterized by volcanic soils and cool temperatures; ideal for producing the mineral character and intense aromas of this Semillon. The site’s unique challenge, once embraced, becomes a real strength as uneven ripening (some a little over, some a little under-ripe) creates a uniquely complex Semillon with a terrific balance of exotic aromatics and acidity.
