Some would say Rosé in its purest form can only come from one place… Provence, France. Known for Rosé that is pale, smattered with light red fruit characters, and bright with zippy acid and minerality. This gem from Domaine Ott exhibits all those characters and then some. Provence excellence.
Glistening orange-pink. Vibrant, mineral-accented cherry, peach, and honeydew scents, along with orange pith and floral nuances. Stains the palate with juicy red berry, citrus fruit and lavender flavors that show very good depth as well as liveliness. Shows firm tension and dusty mineral character on the long, penetrating finish, which leaves melon and blood orange notes behind.
