Barrel fermented and aged in neutral French Oak, it’s a crisp expression that highlights the unique minerality of the Santa Rita Hills. Aromas of lemon peel, freshly cut flowers and crushed shell lead to a taut, perfumed palate with nutty tones that hint at a savory future. A fine, chalky texture anchors the volatile acidity and lingers on the very long finish.
