Named after the Monte Massico Italian coastal region, Massican brings Mediterranean white blends to California. The 2021 is a blend of Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Chardonnay. We were immediately intrigued by the aroma floating off the glass; waxy, floral, white peaches and green apple. The palate has great tension, vibrant acidity and a medium to full body smoothness throughout. Find a fish dish and serve yourself a bottle!
