This take on the whiskey classic is sublime. The subtle agave sweetness along with the woody notes of Añejo tequila make it the perfect riff on a much-loved traditional.

- 3 oz Hiatus Añejo Tequila
- 1 sugar cube (or ¼ oz Simple Syrup)
- 2 – 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange Peel - Garnish with Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

In a rocks glass muddle the bitters, sugar cube and orange peel, fill glass with ice, add tequila and stir.
