Rested for 8 months this tequila still shows an expressive agave core, with hints of vanilla and American oak spice. It's great for cocktailing and also as a sipper. Produced in the traditional manner with a 36 hour roast in clay ovens, and open top, natural fermentation, this is one of the great new reposados we've tried!
