Two Paddocks

Two Paddocks You may know actor Sam Neill as the paleontologist from the blockbuster film Jurassic Park, but it’s his venture into the world of wine that has got us champing at the bit. A native of New Zealand, Sam set out on a mission to discover key spots in his homeland that would be suitable to grow Pinot Noir. Though this region is mostly thought of as a home for Sauvignon Blanc, it’s their Pinot that lets them truly compete on the world stage. The area of Central Otago on the South Island provides the perfect balance of weather and soil type to make remarkable Pinot Noir. His wines rarely land stateside, and we’re thrilled to champion the cause. Come join the adventure and discover two truly spectacular wines before they go extinct.
