Luxurious, complex, and intriguing were the three descriptions we had upon first sip of this exceptional old brandy. This will bring you to post-meal nirvana with notes of spice, fig and marzipan teeming from start to finish. Bottled in July 2016, you won’t find this bottling anywhere but here.
Château de Laubade's production is entirely estate sourced, unlike other producers in Armagnac. They buy no outside grapes, but more impressively, they make their own casks from estate harvested Gascony oak trees. The production of Armagnac predates that of Cognac by 150 years, and with that added experience, it's no wonder these are the brandies serious connoisseurs are drawn to.
