The newest arrival from our friend David Ravandi at 1 2 3 Spirits, this Mezcal bridges the gap for the novice imbiber to the agave nut! Produced from 100% organic Espadin (the most common variety of agave in Mezcal) this has a soft smoke character with a bold dose of citrus aromatics that jump from the glass. A silken texture layers with notes of grapefruit, cotton candy and unripe plantain that will appease your discerning palate. The underlying smoke runs from start to finish and adds to a remarkable complexity. This is one of the finest new agave spirits we've had the pleasure to try.
