When will I receive my order?
When you receive your order will depend on what level of service you have chosen for your package(s). 2nd Day Air Service is our recommended level of service to ensure the safe transportation of your wine. Ground service can take up to five business days from the time your package is delivered from our warehouse. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend. Most orders received during the week are processed within 24 hours.
How are delivery rates calculated?
Bounty Hunter Rare Wine & Spirits deliveries are all handled by UPS. Our delivery and handling rates are based on the weight and number of bottles in your order. Insurance value is based on the value of the purchase. We will not deliver a package without insurance.
The website is unable to process orders without insurance. We do match standard industry charges, or come a little below, so that our charges stay competitive. The charges do include handling and packing material.
What is a default delivery address?
A default delivery address is your billing address.
Will I need to sign for my package?
Deliveries containing wine require a signature by someone 21 years or older. Our carriers will only make three attempts to deliver and you are responsible for the cost of returned or undeliverable items.
How do I change my delivery address?
To edit an address, click on My Account. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.
What about insurance?
Insurance will automatically calculate on your order based on the total value of items ordered. You will be charged $1 of insurance for every $100 of item value in your shopping cart. Insurance does not cover damage as a result of extreme heat or cold. If you are concerned about extreme weather affecting your delivery, please consider upgrading your delivery service to 2nd day air.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently our website is set up to only process orders for delivery within the United States. Please call 800.943.9463 to inquire about international delivery.
Can I expedite a delivery?

Can I have multiple delivery addresses?
Yes. You can specify as many delivery addresses as you want. However, each order can have only one delivery address. If you need to send to multiple addresses, then create an order for each. Call us (800.943.9463) if you need assistance with large multiple delivery address corporate orders.
Can you deliver to me?
For specific questions about where we can and cannot deliver, please call our Wine Scouts at 800.943.9463 or email us and a Wine Scout will assist you. Bounty Hunter Wine Scouts are available from 7am-6pm (PDT). Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday.
We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import wines into any state outside California. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in this state. The buyer is solely responsible for delivery of alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to correct all pricing errors.
