Surprisingly rich for such a young brandy, this was one of the stars of the show for our tasting panel. The oak doesn't dominate the nose, but instead shows accent characteristics to the stone fruits that are at the fore. This has a robust palate with notes of cocoa powder, stewed figs and a hint of scorched earth. We were taken aback by the lingering finish and its complexity. There's a bit more of these younger bottlings to go around, get yours before it's gone!
