Dangerously drinkable despite the blistering ABV, this is a little too easy to love. The high corn content delivers a maple syrup sweetness that brings to mind an old French-styled rum, especially with the lovely vanilla bean and hot butterscotch notes. The palate is rich and viscous with shortbread, spice and chocolate-dipped cashews building a flavor profile that feels like a very grown up dessert.
