Four Pillars continues to give us new reasons to love Gin, and their latest expression is extending an olive branch to non-believers. To produce this gem the distillery reached out to Victoria's own Olive Oil masters, Cobram Estate, to incorporate three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil along with olive leaf tea from their groves in Boundary Bend. In addition the botanical mix includes homegrown rosemary and bay leaf as well as local macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle bringing a complex melange of flavors to this beauty. You'll find a graceful, bright and savory gin with a botanical balance that shows perfect restraint and leaves the palate refreshed. It’s an ideal gin for an ice-cold martini.
