This vermouth is produced using local wine from local Schiopettino grapes with a blend of 16 botanicals which is then rested in Cherry Oak casks. Each botanical infusion is done individually and blended with the wine before resting and bottling. The result is one of the best vermouths we've ever had the pleasure of tasting. A complex melange of wine and sweet botanicals greets the front and mid-palate leading to a bracing finish, highlighted by a slightly bittering chinona note that makes every sip worth the wait. Make your next Boulevardier with this or add a dash of this to a traditional daiquiri to really blow your mind!
