This vermouth is produced using local wine from local Verduzzo grapes that are dried prior to vinification and aged 1 year in stainless steel, giving it a hint of Marsala-like oxidation. Each botanical infusion is done individually and blended with the wine before bottling. There are 25 botanicals including 3 kinds of Wormwood, giving this a beautifully complex aromatic profile and lending both sweet and bitter to the palate. There is a nuanced note of blue cheese that we found incredibly warm and inviting. Make yourself a Negroni with all Fred Jerbis spirits and you're in heaven.
