Hold on to your hats because you're going to find tons of flavor racing across your palate in this silky bourbon. Oak & citrus aromas are met by hints of honey, burnt orange peel and candied orange. Vanilla and caramel meld seamlessly with mint, banana, candy corn, and dried hay with a long finish of oak, pepper and treacle. Produced from a mash bill of non-gmo corn, winter cereal rye, winter wheat and two-row barley grown on their fields just beyond the ranch house porch destined for a distinctively satisfying bourbon.
Frey (pronounced fray) Ranch Estate Distillery is the first commercial "estate" distillery in Nevada. Located in a modern, 4700 sq. ft. facility on a fifth-generation farm, Colby Frey is using all estate-grown grains - corn, rye, barley, and wheat - for his distillates.
