Hillrock Single Malt Whiskey

Hillrock is one of the few “field-to-glass" whiskey producers in the world, located in an 1806 house in the Hudson Valley Highlands (once the country’s breadbasket) overlooking their own rolling barley fields. From raising heirloom grains, to smoking malt, to distilling the whiskies in their copper pot still, aging in oak and hand bottling, this is a craft product in every sense, overseen by the legendary Dave Pickerell. Cinnamon and clove speak to the terroir and define the nose while a light, lingering smokiness (from imported Speyside peat) reflect the Scottish single malt origins.
