We first tasted this at Duke’s Bar in London, as we went on a world spirits tour with their legendary barman Alessandro Palazzi. It took a little time for it to make its way stateside, but lo and behold it has finally arrived, and made quite a splash! Aromas of fresh Yuzu, green tea and a soft spice get this started and lead to a hint of delectable, citrusy Sansho pepper. Using rice as the base for this gin provides a silky texture and mouthfeel similar to the finest Junmai Daiginjo sake. A truly unique taste sensation and the next great gin for your extra dry Martini!
